• Any delivery delays or loss due to incorrect address or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of Lakshya Jewellery.

5. Returns & Exchange

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
